Estate Inspections

Estate Inspections are carried out by the Neighbourhood Manager and Maintenance Surveyor for each area where the Trust has properties. It is an opportunity for the Trust to record the condition of its estates, arrange for any repairs or improvements and meet residents.

We carry out inspections of our estates and schemes twice per year and would like residents to join us to give your input and feedback. You can make a really positive difference to where you live! We have now programmed our Estate Inspections for the next three months and these are available by clicking on the links below. We will also send a copy of each three month schedule to all residents with each edition of the residents newsletter; Riviera Review.
