Estate Inspections are carried out by the Neighbourhood Manager and Maintenance Surveyor for each area where the Trust has properties. It is an opportunity for the Trust to record the condition of its estates, arrange for any repairs or improvements and meet residents.

We carry out inspections of our estates and schemes twice per year and would like residents to join us to give your input and feedback. You can make a really positive difference to where you live!
