When you sign your tenancy agreement, you are liable to pay your rent. If you do not pay your rent when it is due you will have broken your tenancy agreement.

We would like you:

• To inform the Trust if you are going to be delayed with a payment
• To read information sent to you by the Trust and contact us for explanation where you feel something is unclear
• To respond to communications received from the Trust in a timely manner
• To pursue Housing Benefit or other benefits you are entitled to that are intended to pay your rent
• To treat all the Trust's staff with the same courtesy you would wish extended to you
